Sharon's Adult Day Center-Chattanooga We provide special care for those with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia, Parkinson's Welcome to Sharon's Adult Day Center of Cleveland.

We are licensed by the State of Tennessee Department of Health. Opened in 2009, the facility provides an environment of activities during the day for those who are 18 years of age and older who need care while their families are away from home. We provide special care for those with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia, Parkinson's disease, stroke and depression. We proudly serve vetera

ns who need assistance. Sharon's Adult Day Center of Cleveland is a social/medical model with a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse and a Master Social Worker. Serving: Bradley, Polk, Meigs, McMinn, Rhea, Sequatchie, and Bledsoe Counties.
