Please join us in congratulating our Milwaukee Apprentice of the Month, Dakota Bales!

Dakota has truly set the standard this year — he hasn’t missed a single night of class, maintains outstanding grades, and has already passed his city license test as a third-year apprentice. That kind of drive doesn’t happen by accident.

What really stood out was Dakota’s determination leading up to his exam. He went above and beyond in his preparation, asking for multiple extra practice tests and putting in the time to make sure he was ready. His work ethic and commitment to his craft are a perfect example of what hard work can achieve.

Dakota is a testament to the fact that dedication pays off, and we couldn’t be more proud of him.

Keep up the great work, Dakota — the future is bright!

Today marks a huge milestone for 70 apprentices who have officially topped out and become Journeyman Wiremen with IBEW Local 175.

This class holds a special place in our history—they are our first 4-year graduates since restructuring the program, and their journey was anything but easy. This past year brought added challenges, extra classes, and higher expectations—but they met every one of them head-on.

They showed up. They put in the work. They stayed the course.

Their perseverance, grit, and commitment to the trade is something to be proud of—not just today, but throughout their entire careers.

Congratulations, Journeymen. You’ve earned it.

Congratulations to our April Milwaukee Apprentice of the Month, Maddison Whitman!

Maddison works for Adman Electric and has earned this recognition through her hard work and dedication. She recently scored one of the highest grades on her Craft Certification Level 2 exam covering branch circuit and device installation — an impressive accomplishment!

Maddison may be quiet, but she is definitely mighty. She consistently lets her work speak for itself and is a great example of the skill, determination, and professionalism we value in our apprentices.

We are proud to have you in the program, Maddison. Keep up the great work!
