We had a great time at the Juneteenth Jubilee at the Bethlehem Center! Thank you to all the families who visited our table and to everyone who submitted an application to our school. We loved connecting with the community and look forward to welcoming new families in the future! ππβ¨

π’ Registration Week - In-person
Registration will take place July 13β16 at each campus from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

After applying, you must come in person to register. To register your child at CCSE Schools, you must have the following documentation uploaded on your application:

Proof of Age β Government-issued birth certificate, passport, or visa
β
Tennessee Immunization Record β Official Tennessee Department of Health Certificate
β
Recent Physical Exam β Documentation of a physical exam completed within the last 12 months
β
Proof of Residency β Two documents showing your physical address (such as utility bills, mortgage statement, or lease agreement)
If the lease or utilities are in another person's name, a notarized statement from that person confirming you reside at the address is also required.

Parent/Guardian ID β Valid driver's license or government-issued photo ID
β
Custody Papers β Court-issued custody or adoption decrees, if applicable

CCSE Schools is excited to be part of the Southside Juneteenth Jubilee hosted by the Bethlehem Center on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from 1:00β4:00 PM!
We invite our families, students, staff, and community members to stop by and visit our booth as we join in this special celebration of history, culture, and community.
This free, family-friendly event will be held at the Bethlehem Center, located at 200 W. 38th Street in Chattanooga, and will feature local vendors, food trucks, live performances, and inspiring guest speakers.
We hope to see you there as we celebrate and connect with our community!
