2003 Meet And Greet at El Meson at Hamilton Place ( Family Friendly ) at 6:15pm
Alumni Meet and Greet Moxy at 8pm ($15 admission)
Humidor After Party

Saturday July 13
Volunteers for set up arrive by 8:45am
Picnic 11-4pm

Picnic information
We will need 6 classmates to help setup. Setup beings at 9am.
We will also need 6 classmates for break down/ cleanup. Cleanup will begin at 3:30pm.

Adam will grill ribs, chicken, beef hotdogs and hamburgers

Macaroni and cheese- Caudle
Baked beans- Toney
Coleslaw- Bragg
Greens- Malone
Drinks- Williams
Chips
Water

Scholarship Fund
We would like to raised $350 or more to give towards the scholarship fund.
Asking each classmate to give $20
We have raised $100

Tent/ food
We are asking each classmate to give $25 toward food. If you have already paid Thank You.

This year we are looking into getting some type of sign or banner made in honor of our classmates that have passed.

We will have weekly calls on Mondays at 7:30pm central/ 8:30pm eastern

Picnic update:
Our class tent fee is paid🎉
So far 6 classes have paid their tent fees.
The alumni board wants 20 classes to participate to move forward with the picnic.
As of now there are more than 20 classes signed up. The next Alumni meeting will be June 14.

Our next zoom meeting is Wednesday at 6:15pm central/7:15pm eastern to discuss food, how much we want to give as a class towards the scholarships fund, class shirt ideas, any other suggestions or questions

Tentative picnic date: July 13
We are asking each classmate to pay $25 towards tent fees and food.

Money is due June 13
