We are happy to announce that a special DVD set of the Pickin' Up Tennessee project is now available from the project website. . This is one of the best and most gratifying projects that we have ever been involved with. It is a multi-platform public awareness project about the persistent problem of litter in Tennessee. We produced twenty five video blogs for the project and about 30 music performance videos. Hats off to our dear friend Marge Davis at Scenic Tennessee for her creative vision and unrelenting dedication to such a just cause. All proceeds from the DVD are shared with the musicians, artists and community groups from across the state who participated in the project, as well as to support the ongoing Scenic Tennessee mission

We have often been asked what is the inspiration or the story behind our distinctive logo. In one word - TIKI. For those of you who don't know what Tiki is, you can get a great overview in a television piece we produced for Turner South network about a decade ago. It was an episode of the Blue Ribbon lifestyle/ travel series and it profiles four distinctive Tiki-themed restaurants in the South. One of those places, the Mai Kai, is considered THE mecca for all things Tiki. A new book is coming out soon from our friend Tim Glazener (who appeared in the episode) about the history of this amazing place in Ft. Lauderdale.
