Hi, my name is Angie Smith and I will be the new Assistant Manager in Nutrition at Northwest! I have worked in nutrition for 12 years in Murray County Schools.
I have lived in Murray County my entire life, and reside her with my husband and son. My daughter and her family live in Cohutta.

I am looking forward to working with Chelsea, the ladies in the cafeteria and all of the NWE Family.

We would like to Welcome Angie to the Northwest Family.

You may have seen this smiling face around Northwest last year. Lizet Zamora was our building substitute. You could find her subbing for a class, helping in Pre-K, shelving books, wrapping art pieces or helping with special projects. She always did it with a smile. We are pleased to announce that she will be joining the Pre-K Team as a paraprofessional. An interesting fact Lizet is a former NWE Wildcat. She will even be a colleague to some of her former teachers. Congratulations to Lizet in her new position. We wish her the best! She will do great!

The next couple of days we will be sharing the many faces that make up the Northwest Family. We are excited to see your Wildcat next week for Open House! Our next team is our speech and our Murray County Technology Tech. You would never know these two are around. They are willing to help any way they can. Thank you to Nathan Webb for working with our students who need extra with their speech. Our Computer tech, Andrew Larmon works behind the scenes to make sure our network and our technology is in working order.

They work hard each day to provide all of our students with breakfast and lunch. They always participate in all the fun activities that we have at school.
