Husband and wife health and fitness duo, our faith is the forefront of who we are, we love to homeschool, go hiking, photography, and family game night. We both have had our own health issues, struggles, and hardships. As a family we have overcome drug addiction, sexual abuse, PCOS, psoriatic arthritis, h
