Join us to do Murph on Memorial Day! This workout is done in honor of Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who died while serving in Afghanistan in 2005, and to honor all those fallen in the line of duty.

Time: 9am start time (please arrive earlier to get warmed up)

We are SO excited to announce a new addition to the family! Give a big welcome to Coach Bri! She’ll be taking over our Thursday evening classes, 4:15, 5:30 and 6:45pm. Come take Coach Bri’s class starting this Thursday, 1/5 👏🏽

“I am excited to officially announce that I have joined the JustTrain/Train-united coaching staff. JustTrain quickly became a second home to me when I first started and I love this community as I have met so many people and made so many friendships.

I've been an Orangethoery fitness coach for over four years now and one of the highlights of coaching is seeing my members work hard and watching their progression overtime. I love being a part of their fitness journey and I look forward to becoming a part of your journey. Beginning this Thursday I will be taking over the evening classes. I’m looking forward to bringing the same energy I give at my OTF classes to our Thursday nights. So I hope to see you there!”
