Boot Camp Chatham If you love exercising outdoors, if you would like to work out with friends or make some new friends, if you hate the gym but want to be fit...JOIN US!

My name is Mary Austin and I am offering a Bootcamp group exercise class in Chatham! Boot Camp is an hour-long, total body work out which consists of cardio and strength exercises. We use bodyweight, light hand weights, resistance balls, medicine balls and other fun stuff :). I show modified exercises for the beginner as well as more challenging exercises for the advanced. It's for anyone who wants to be fit! Summer 2021 classes run from June 28 - August 16. Monday and Wednesdays from 8-9 a.m. at the Chatham Community Center. Fridays at 8 a.m. at Hardings Beach. Saturdays from 9-10 a.m. Just bring water and a mat or towel. Classes are $15 and or 8-pack classes are available. You can join us any time and do not need to sign up in advance. Every summer, Boot Camp Chatham has a Family Day donation class. This year our generous community donated $3510 to the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation in memory of cousin Jackson who passed away in 2020 at 15. We honor him and his family and all of those impacted by cancer. As the final days of pediatric cancer awareness month wind down, please consider donating (link in comments).

That's a wrap on the 16th summer of Boot Camp Chatham! I'm thankful that the rain held off for our final class #28! Congrats to attendance co-champs Anne and Rob who each came to 23/ 28 classes and our youngest Boot Camper for coming so often with his dad. This was an inspiring group who brought energy and fun to every outdoor workout! Year 16 sure was sweet!
