🐾 Make a Difference – Volunteer With Us! 🐾

The weather is warming up, and it’s the perfect time to get outside and give back! 🌞 Our shelter is looking for volunteers of ALL ages to help care for our furry friends. Whether you're walking dogs, playing with cats, cleaning, or even reading books to our animals, YOU can make a difference in their lives.

💙 Ways to Help:

🐶 Walk and socialize dogs—enjoy the sunshine while giving them much-needed exercise!
🐱 Play and cuddle with cats—help them feel safe and loved.
📖 Read books to animals—your voice can be soothing and comforting.
🧼 Help with cleaning and organizing—keep our shelter a happy, healthy place.

✨ Important Volunteer Info:

Volunteers under 16 years old will need a parent or guardian with them at all times.

All volunteers must wear thick pants (like jeans) and closed-toe shoes to interact with the dogs.

Volunteering is a great way to give back and meet fellow animal lovers! No experience needed—just a big heart and a love for animals. ❤️

📍 Where: Pittsylvania Pet Center, 11880 US HWY 29 Chatham VA
📅 When: Tuesday - Saturday. Between 12pm and 5:30pm
