At Chatham Preschool we do our best to develop the whole child. We equip children with the skills they need to manage their emotions, develop healthy friendships, solve their problems, communicate with peers and work together as a community of learners. We are now accepting registration for any child who is 3 before December 1st. Next year's class will be a mix of 3 and 4 year olds. We only have a few spaces available so please reach out if you are interested. We also have waiting lists for the next few years if you are looking to get your child's spot reserved early. We can't wait to welcome our new students!

Enrollment is open for the 2025/2026 School year!

Currently we are accepting 4 year olds. If your child turns 4 on or before December 1st 2025 they are eligible for enrollment. Please email [email protected] for a Parent Handbook with more information about the program as well as the registration paperwork.

If you have a child who turns 3 before December 1st 2025, who you would like to enroll, we can add you to a waitlist and we will begin to reach out in March depending on availability.

At Chatham Preschool we love working on letter sounds, numbers, shapes and colors. But what we focus on is much greater than that. We learn to identify our feelings, share them with others and handle them in an appropriate way. We solve our problems peacefully with our classmates. We learn to communicate with each other in a positive way. We learn to develop healthy friendships. We practice independence as often as we can. We practice our number one rule everyday; Be Kind. We have such a wonderful group of students and we are so proud of them. It is hard to believe our graduation is approaching! We have a few spots left for next year's class. We celebrated Earth Day yesterday with a field trip to Oom’s Conservation Area. We are so appreciative to Ms. Jennifer from CLC for taking us on a 2 mile hike and sharing lots of important facts about the wildlife. Our students also worked hard on their Earth Day projects that shared one way each of them will help the Earth. 🌎 Columbia Land Conservancy

Happy Halloween! At Chatham Preschool we took a walk down Main Street to visit some local shops and businesses. We were welcomed with open arms and received lots of delicious treats. At Chatham Preschool our main goal is to provide a safe place for children to grow emotionally, intellectually and socially. Our students learn through hands-on play and we work hard to develop a strong sense of community and partnership among our students. We learn through a wide variety of activities including art, music, movement, science experiments, cooking adventures, sensory play and outdoor exploration. Chatham Preschool is a great place for your child to learn, explore and grow! For many of our students this is their first time being in a structured setting away from home. From our first day of school, we focus on our classroom being a community. We all work together to make sure we have a safe, loving, fun and educational space.
