18 years ago today Tom came home from a year in Iraq. It was an experience like no other! Fun to look back and thinkg about how far we have come.

To be completely honest, it wasn't easy. This was Tom's second tour and we had eloped 4 days before he left. It was a period of finding how out how our lives melded together and for Tom what it meant to not be a soldier.

But we made it through stronger. It is fun to take a time to consider how much has changed and how much we have grown!
