The CCCS, in partnership with local homeschoolers, formed our 1st Track team this past spring. It was so much fun that we're going to forge ahead and compete in Cross Country for this Fall (middle school through high school).

Our runners need uniforms, so we are hosting a can drive for the months of July and August to raise funds for thier program.

Just reposting as a reminder to anyone that might be interested as summer is coming quickly. Please share this to spread the word.

Hello, My name is Coach Sarah VerBerkmoes with the Copper Country Christian basketball program. I wanted to invite any girls going into grades 6 through 12th next year that might be interested in joining our team in the fall to join us for our summer basketball program. Girls that are home schooled are welcome to join us as long as there is no ability to play sports with a public school team (this includes those that home school through a public school but are not eligible to play sports for that school). The summer is very relaxed and would be a great time to come learn some basics if you are considering playing but don't have much or any knowledge or experience. We are currently set for our first day on Thursday June 11th from 6:30- 8:00 pm. We hold it on an outdoor court at Copper Country Christian school at 20980 Broemer Rd Chassell. We are hoping to hold it once per week during the summer months. With it being on an outdoor court it is weather dependent so if you contact me to let me know you are interested, I can include you in the group messaging to keep you updated. You can contact me by my personal facebook messenger (I tagged my personal Facebook account above to make it easier to reach me). The regular season for us is November through February. I hope you will consider joining us.

These 4 girls were fun to watch compete, improve, and learn in the first year of track and field for Copper Country Christian school. A big thank you to Jen B for taking on the task of getting the program going and helping the girls figure things out during meets. The last meet of the year for them was yesterday and there were several personal bests in several different events. Congratulations on a successful first season.
