What does a day at our Montessori school really look like?

It’s the gift of time while tying your shoelaces and a morning of warm greetings and hugs with friends. In the quiet hum of the morning work cycle, the smell of fresh baked banana muffins settles in. The Guides are presenting carefully prepared materials designed to connect the child’s body and mind, and soon we’re all sitting in collective discussing the importance of being kind. Next we will set our tables and enjoy a family meal, before heading outside to explore all nature has to offer.

At JMS, education is a natural process carried out by the child within an environment perfectly prepared to support all their curiosities.

There are moments of independence, moments of collaboration, moments of challenge, and plenty of moments of wonder. ✨

☀️ 🌈 What a summer it has been! 🌈 ☀️

Our friends at JMS have filled their summer days with riding bikes, splashing in the water, and digging in the mud! From messy play in the sunshine to long walks in the rain, we’ve loved watching our little learners grow! 💛

As we say goodbye to summer and get ready for a new school year, we’re feeling grateful for every giggle, hug, and sweet moment. Thank you for making this summer so special!
