🔥 CHASKA FASTPITCH TRAVEL TRYOUTS SUMMER 2027 🔥

Ready to take your game to the next level?
We’re building competitive teams at 8U, 10U, 12U, and 14U that train hard, play hard, and compete for state and national titles.

This is higher-level softball focused on: ✅ High-quality training
✅ Maximizing every player’s potential
✅ Teamwork & competing at a national level
✅ Skill development + positive self-esteem
✅ A fun, competitive environment for players and families

📅 Tryouts: Sunday, October 4
📍 Chaska Community Park Fields
💰 $50 non-refundable eval fee
⚡ Professional evaluations by FLEXX
Age Group Times (please reserve the full window): • 8U → 11:00–12:30
• 14U → 12:00–1:15
• 12U → 12:30–3:15
• 10U → 2:15–5:45

Rain date: Sunday, October 11

Season runs April–July with practices 2 nights per week, local games, invitational tournaments, state, and the chance to qualify for nationals.
Bring: helmet, bat, glove, fielding mask, water bottle (catcher’s gear if you have it).

CYSA is partnering with Chanhassen Athletic Association (CAA Storm) to offer a winter development program for 10U and 12U players.

This is a chance to keep swinging, fielding, and competing through the winter months with teammates from our community. The program includes eight Sunday evening practices plus two dome tournaments. Registration is open now on a first-come, first-served basis.

What’s included for $300:

Jersey
12 hours of dome practice
Two dome tournaments
Parent coaches
Schedule (practices at the dome unless otherwise noted)

Practice: Nov. 15, 22, 29 and Dec. 6, 13, 20 — 6:00–7:30 p.m.
Winter Bash Dome Tournament (4-game guarantee): Dec. 26–Jan. 1
Practice: Jan. 3 — 6:00–7:30 p.m.
Practice: Jan. 10 — 5:00–6:30 p.m.
MLK Tournament: Jan. 17–18
This is a great option for players who want extra winter reps without a full club commitment, including multi-sport athletes who still want to stay in the game.

A little late posting this, but it was such a fun moment that it deserved a shoutout!

At a tournament in Cloquet, our West Metro Thunder 13U team had the unique opportunity to face off against our West Metro Thunder 14U team.
It was a great game filled with competitive spirit, teamwork, and plenty of Thunder pride on both sides.

These are the moments that make the game so special - teammates pushing each other to be better, supporting one another, and creating memories that will last far beyond the final score. 🥎💙💛
