Hello all, hope everyone is doing great(well, as great as can be exspected). I felt the need to come on here and explain a issue, seems the checking account at city national bank is having issues. Since it's a account that is very seldom used, the account goes dorment and they charge for the this. I had no clue and argued with them for 30 mins over it. Since the acct hasn't been used since 2022, it has went down to 200.00 because I hadn't a clue that this is how it worked. I asked them if if they could put any of the money back because it is only used every 5 years and they said they could only recover back 3 months. I had to put a few dollars in to pull it out of being dorment and the only way to keep it from this is to add a few dollars every month. So classmates, if you can help me out on this, I would appreciate it.
