The costume and monsters fundraiser is here!!!
Commercial begins:
*Cue Sarah Mclachlan music and wide eyed adorable monsters looking up at you*
"Every year, at the end of the Halloween season, monsters are left forgotten and abandoned. But The Story School is different. At Camp FABLE and Camp Grimoire monsters are given the time an attention they need to grow to their full potential (insert video of monsters frolicking the fields), playing with children long past October.
YOU can help. With a small donation, you can save these monsters from being forgotten and shoved in a box until next year. A small donation of just $20 can give new life to a creature, and greatly benefit our non-profit live-action role-play summer camp.
Can you find it in your heart to help these creatures?"
*end commercial*
Donations need to be in by the end of October so that we can go shopping in the days following Halloween to take full advantage of post holiday sales. The discounts are steep enough that your donation really means double the bang for half the buck.
If you read this far, awesome. Donate. Like. Share. Whatever you can to help us reach our fundraising goals.
In all seriousness our costumes get shredded with wear and tear every summer, and we're building more monsters than ever before. I think I'm building 5 this year.... every little bit helps.
