In nearly 50 years of programing, Nature's Classroom, Inc has provided unique experiences to over 1 million students and teachers. Giving them the opportunity to experience education from another perspective: outside the walls of the classroom! We help students become inspired to learn with inquiry-based, experiential education in a wide variety of subjects and activities. We offer residential programs up to a week long and day programs, all entirely customized to your school's academic objectives. All classes and activities are tied to state standards, Common Core, and Next Generation Science Standards. Many activities have a strong focus in STEM education. Call or email today to set up a visit for your staff or a trial program for your students. Discount programs and financial aid are available for qualifying schools.

Hilltop, Pondside, and Swanzey are wrapping up the week a little tired, very happy, and full of stories to tell. The students tried new things, made new friends, and gave us so many reasons to smile right along with them.

Kyle, also known as TK, started with us as an educator before COVID, and we’re so grateful his journey brought him back home to NC. Now, as the Program Coordinator at Hilltop, he brings enthusiasm, humor, fresh ideas, and a genuine love for our educators and students.

Our team is ready to take on new challenges! 🌲💪

Over three days, our educators trained with Project Adventure, building skills in climbing, balancing, spotting, problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership.

We’re grateful to Project Adventure for bringing their expertise to Nature’s Classroom and helping us prepare to introduce new low-ropes elements during the Fall 2026 season. These experiences will give students even more opportunities to build confidence, work together, and grow through adventure.

We can’t wait to see these new elements in action! 🙌
