The University of Virginia's Board of Visitors gave final approval for the design of the School of Data Science Entrepreneurship Building.

The building will serve both the Data Science School and the University's growing entrepreneurship initiatives. When completed, the Entrepreneurship Building will include classrooms, offices, conference space and an “entrepreneurship hub.” Learn more: https://bit.ly/4ecUK7f

Data science is changing the game.

At UVA, a team of over 20 students is helping the Cavaliers baseball program win through real time analytics. From tracking pitch spin rates to building dashboards that inform lineup decisions, these students are doing work that actual players rely on.
