It's a beautiful day to care! ☀️ 🌳 Thank you to the team from Indaco Risk Advisors, who spent United Way of Greater Charlottesville's Day of Caring at the Y, tidying up our gardens and clearing trash across the grounds.

We talk a lot about social responsibility around here. Some days it just looks like a few folks with rakes and trash bags making the place nicer for everyone. 💛

Our Adaptive Program had a fun, jam-packed weekend! We kicked it off with our Friday Night Social, where we played an adaptive twist on floor hockey in the Brooks Family YMCA gym. 🏒 Then, on Saturday, we hit the town with our Around Town Adventures crew. 🚌 We took the CAT bus to Dairy Market for lunch and a round of bowling at SunPins Cville. 🎳

This month, we're taking a flavorful detour to Spain, exploring the tasty topic of tapas. 🇪🇸 Led by our Registered Dietitian, Olivia Obertello, this series is a comprehensive journey through a range of nutritional topics designed to help you build lasting, healthy habits one delicious lesson at a time.
