Cybercamp introduces CHS students to cybersecurity careers ⋅ Charlottesville Tomorrow
Charlottesville High School recently ran a cybercamp to expose students to computer science and cybersecurity. Seventeen students participated in the free two-and-a-half week program, which included hands-on technology projects and field trips.

Grant Awarded to UVa, Stanford to Fund Artificial Pancreas Projects
UVa is participating in a project to turn smart phones into artificial pancreas to help people with type 1 diabetes. The project received a grant of over $3 million to fund clinical trials and to create a wireless network.
