Nature definitely heals me. Our kids spent many a day outside, without technology, and they are all young adults who appreciate a walk in the woods or a float in the water. Perhaps my 10 years as a camper/camp counselor helped to feed my love of time outdoors. Even today, a morning walk can recenter me... What do you find helps you get outside with your loved ones or even by yourself?
