Take a break and join us in a virtual cooking class with Ivana Apicella, from Italy. She will teach us how to make the classic Italian lasagna and a side caprese salad.

I know everyone has probably heard a lot about coronavirus by now, so here’s some slightly different news (albeit still related).

Dolphins, Swans Return To Venice Canals As Italy Locks Down Humans Amidst COVID-19 Scare If you needed any further proof that humans are the real virus on Planet Earth, this is it. With Italy putting humans into complete lockdown, swans and dolphins have returned to Venice canals, which now have clearer water after a long, long time.

More details on the country-wide shut down attached. Forms of transportation are still operational but highly limited to only reasons related to health, work, and returning to residences. All schools are closed until April 3rd and big masses of people are strictly prohibited (including resorts, night life, and gyms).
