Wow!!! We have surpassed our collection total for last year and we still have 1 day left! We have collected almost 2,000 items to donate to our local Blue Ridge Area Food Bank. Thank you so much for all of your support.

Sunrise Elementary welcomed some extremely special guests for lunch today ... adults! Amazing to have nearly 300 moms, dads, siblings, tías, g-mas, and other assorted beloved big people come brighten the Bobcats' day.

Wow! You really stepped up, Bobcat Clowder. After today’s count we are nearing 600 items. Keep sending those items in through this week.

Please continue to send in items for our food drive that supports the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank. We’re almost at 300 items!

After two days of counting, our total is 125 items. Please continue to send in non-perishable food items, personal hygiene items, and diapers to help support our neighbors.

Charlottesville City Schools will be closed on Tuesday, January 7, due to road and sidewalk conditions, along with the potential for additional precipitation this evening. All activities are canceled unless otherwise announced.
