Let's face it…the idea of having a conversation with a child's parents about their child's behavioral difficulties can be intimidating. But it doesn't have to turn into a battle; it can be built on partnership.

Here are a few ways you can approach discipline conferences with grace and collaboration.

1️⃣ Shift the Mindset.
2️⃣ Bring the Receipts.
3️⃣ ASK, Don’t Just Tell.
4️⃣ Co-Create a Plan.

If we view discipline through empathy and teamwork, difficult situations become opportunities for significant growth.

We work with this group of educational leaders to eliminate racial disparity in our schools and prepare all students for a brighter, more collaborative future.
