Thank you to all our panelists for generously sharing your time, insights, and expertise — your contributions made this event a great success. Over 50 faculty attended and gained valuable tips and strategies on navigating the promotion process, understanding criteria and timelines, crafting compelling personal statements and CVs, and developing strong approaches for writing and soliciting letters of recommendation.
