A rainy day in Virginia Beach led my wife, our three kids, and me to the Military Aviation Museum, where an unexpected visit became the highlight of our vacation. As the son of a Naval Aviator, walking among beautifully restored World War I and II aircraft brought childhood memories rushing back. Seeing planes I'd only known from my father's aviation cards felt like stepping into history, while passionate volunteers made every exhibit come alive with incredible stories. More than a museum, it became a place of reflection, family connection, and gratitude. Sometimes the best travel memories aren't planned—they're discovered when the rain changes your course.

Par Three Challenge – Enniscrone Golf Club | Hole 3 "Devlin"

The GolfCask Par Three Challenge heads to Hole 3, "Devlin," at Enniscrone Golf Club—a picturesque 164-yard one-shotter that looks inviting from the tee but has a way of exposing even the slightest mistake. Designed by legendary Irish architect Eddie Hackett and later enhanced by Donald Steel, Enniscrone is famous for weaving championship golf naturally through some of Ireland's most spectacular dunes.

Brian and Gavin both stepped onto the tee expecting birdie chances. Instead, less-than-perfect swings and one brutal links bounce turned this hole into something completely different. On a course where every bounce matters, this challenge came down to who could recover when things didn't go according to plan.

Who won Hole 3? Who stays alive in the Par Three Challenge? And who earns the most important prize of all—free drinks from the loser? You'll have to watch the video to find out.
