Thank you to UVA students who donated bed sheet sets during the student resident move out donation drive. We're happy to share that 35 sets have been donated to PACEM, a local organization of congregations who provide shelter for people without homes, and will be used to serve our neighbors in Charlottesville.

Investing in employees and building a more inclusive community! 📝 🚌

Pipelines & Pathways is incredibly proud to partner with University Transit Service (UTS) and the UVA Center for American English Language & Culture (CAELC) to support UTS team members through the CASAS assessment!

CASAS (Comprehensive Adult Student Assessment Systems) helps adult learners measure and strengthen their skills in reading, listening, speaking, and workplace communication. After completing the assessment, 11 ESL UTS team members will receive 24 hours of targeted English language learning from CAELC.

By investing in language development, we are committed to helping employees boost their workplace confidence, unlock new opportunities for career advancement, and foster a supportive, inclusive environment across the University community.

Swipe through to see UTS team members hard at work growing both personally and professionally! 📈 💼

"Communities are shaped by the places they occupy. Historic buildings help tell us who we are. They connect us to the people, events, and ideas that came before us; while challenging us to consider what legacy we will leave for those who follow. That is why stewardship matters." - EVP-COO Jennifer "J.J." Davis at last night's grand opening of the Birdwood Mansion .

A memorable evening celebrating the preservation of a historic landmark...the many people whose vision and dedication brought this project to life...and of honoring the enslaved craftspeople and laborers whose extraordinary skill and sacrifice shaped every brick, every beam, and every room that stands today.
