Hundreds of AEA members participated in May Day rallies and walk-ins across the county! Today we show our solidarity, celebrate our wins, and acknowledge that the work is not over. Strong Staff, Strong Schools!

Labor in the Park was a fantastic event! Huge thanks to our local Labor coalition friends, the community members who showed up in support, and the elected officials and candidates who spoke. It is clear: our community stands with workers for fair wages, safe working conditions, and bargaining rights for all. Cville is a union town!

Local, state educators urge Spanberger to sign collective bargaining bill - Cville Right Now The bill creates a public employee relations board, an impartial body that can hear disputes and render binding arbitration decisions.
