Holden (class of ‘25) kindly pointed out in my last post that the animals I was viewing were sheep, not goats. The student has become the teacher - guess I should pay closer attention while on my vacation - I mean, research expedition. At any rate, since Holden crushed my dreams of smuggling Swiss goats back to CHS, I am turning my focus to the cows. This seems like a pretty great spot to be a cow!

We loaded up the truck for with thousands of pepper, tomato, and eggplant seedlings so that they can distribute them to families all over the region to help folks grow some of their own food at home this summer. We’re thrilled to see them take off to their new homes!
