Nick has over twenty-five years of wide-ranging experience teaching at the secondary and college levels, including 15+ years at the University of Virginia in the departments of Music, Sociology, and Media Studies, in addition to UVA’s Writing and Rhetoric Program. He is also widely published in various settings, from academic journals and anthologies to newspapers like C-ville Weekly and The New York Times. "As a high school teacher, college professor, tutor, and coach, my primary aim and greatest joy has been guiding students to peak learning and achievement outcomes. Whether helping with coursework, papers, or standardized tests, I combine pedagogical expertise with contagious enthusiasm, sparking students’ thinking, building their confidence, and fostering their success."
