✔️ Give them space to fully express their emotions safely
✔️ Once the tantrum is over, approach calmly—no rushing, no pressure
✔️ Observe what caused it—what happened right before?
✔️ Work together on solutions to help prevent it next time
✔️ Teach your child how to identify and express their feelings
✔️ Offer tools like fidgets, a calm-down corner, or a favorite stuffy
