Learning & Development Child Care Association, LLC's 'Legal As Is' childcare safety program is ready to become an addition to the mandatory annual early childhood educational trainings in all 50 states. It will reduce childcare traumas and fatalities by upt to 41%. Parents, we ask for your help in marketing this early childhood education safety program to the 50 states.

There are children and their families that have experienced the forever early childhood educational traumas or fatalities. Mrs. Collins died Wednesday in South Carolina where she was in hospice care. She was 78.

Mrs. Collins to build a school, Westside Prep, in Garfield Park. The singer Prince visited Mrs. Collins, told her he wished he’d attended a school like hers, and gave her $500,000. He showcased her in his video “The Most Beautiful Girl in the World”.

I felt the same way. I saw her on an after school-special or 60 minutes when I was about 11-12 yrs old. I wanted her to be my teacher. I felt she understood how I needed to learn and why I needed to learn. That glimpse into how a teacher can transform my thoughts in a few minutes stays with me. I did get the opportunity to express my written gratitude years ago through her website. Thank you Mrs. Marva Collins.

Why IS the child care business different when one is seeking employment?
Ex.: a young woman called inquiring about whether we were hiring. It is always asked "how did you hear of us?" Response is majority- "Internet." I asked the young woman did she read the contact page and her response was a slow "Yes." I stated she should go back and read the contact page again as this is our process and will not change that.
2 minutes later, the young woman calls back stated she didn't see anything on the contact page demanding to know what it said. My response to her was "You need to read the Contact page as it will tell you what to do." Combative tone she responded she want to speak with who's in charge. I responded, "I am the owner." Combative tone repetitively "What's your name?" I responded it's on the web site and I don't combat with others." I ended call.

It was VERY clear to me this young woman did not read what is on our Contact page regarding seeking employment with us.
