The Echo Strength Depot Classic Lat Pulldown and Low Row Combo is by far the smoothest lat tower and low row combo I have ever used, and I’ve tried about a dozen different ones.

The cable travel is incredibly smooth, and having both a lat pulldown and low row in one machine makes it a great option for a home gym.

One thing to keep in mind, though. If you’re under 5’6”, you may experience some range of motion issues because of the distance between the seat and foot plate. You may need to place a board on top of the foot plate to extend yourself farther back and get a better range of motion during your pulldowns.

Overall, this is an impressive machine, but I want you to know the little things to consider before buying.

If you’re wanting one machine that does leg extensions, lying leg curls, and seated leg curls all in one, I think this is one of the best options on the market when it comes to versatility and functionality.

It’s built with 3x3 12 gauge steel and starts with a 220 lb weight stack, but you can also get it with a 300 lb stack if you want even more weight.

Being able to get three different leg movements out of one machine makes this a really versatile addition to a home gym.

It’s no secret that I absolutely love my ECHO All-in-One Half Rack, but one add-on that I really think is worth checking out is the Pivot Arms.

These things make switching between exercises incredibly easy. Being able to move them around the rack and get them exactly where you need them makes a huge difference, especially when you’re trying to get through a workout without constantly changing equipment.

And honestly, they’re SO easy to move.

If you have an ECHO rack or you’re looking at building one out, I’d definitely put the Pivot Arms on your list of upgrades to consider.
