Looking for a consistent part-time job that only takes about 2 hours a day?

Charlotte’s BEST After-School Program is looking for a dependable driver to safely transport our students from school to our facility.

đź’µ Starting at $18/hour
⏰ Approximately 1:30–3:30 PM
📅 Monday–Friday on CMS school days
🚌 We provide the vehicle
🎓 Paid training provided

This could be a great fit for a retiree, college student, parent, or someone looking for consistent afternoon work without committing to a full workday.

Applicants must be at least 21, have experience working with children, and meet our driving, background check, drug screening, and vehicle insurance requirements.

It’s the nervous student who finally raises their hand. The shy kid who walks through the door confidently on their own. The student who realizes, “I can do this.”

Happy Labor Day! 🇺🇸

Every class. Every drill. Every rank they’ve earned. None of it happened by accident.

Kids learn a lot about hard work by watching the adults around them. They notice when you finish what you started. They see you show up when you’d rather stay home. They learn that doing something well matters.

Then we get to reinforce those same lessons on the mat.

Today, we celebrate the hard work that builds strong families, strong students, and a strong community.

That’s what martial arts can teach a kid. The goal isn’t to get everything right the first time. It’s learning what to do when you don’t.
