This past weekend, I went to Ann Arbor for the Michigan Music Teacher's Association State Conference. Baby Caleb came too, so it was difficult for me to make it to all the events in a timely fashion, but the concerts and sessions I attended were definitely inspiring! Highlights included presenting a short session for my fellow teachers, being given the Teacher of the Year Award at the Gala Banquet, visiting with friends, and hearing the incredibly talented winners of the MMTA/MTNA competitions.
