PROBLEM:

Tendinitis, Tight Traps, Repetitive Pushing, Benching, or Forward Shoulders creates tension or numbness in neck and arms…

SOLUTION:
Traction from the shoulders, Deep acupressure on the tensors and flexors, (forearms), and Pushing your hand up and back in the opposite direction for a few minutes too!
We constantly text, type commute, lift, cook, drive, parent, hold or throw. Sometimes our tendons, ligaments, muscles and fascia need a break 💯🎄😉

Excited to celebrate 8 years doing Fascial Stretch Therapy! I am passionate about helping people. To help people with lack of mobility means to improve their strength, flexibility, and deep meditative breathing! People always reduce injuries and increase muscle activation@with FST. I have seen folks compete in golf and win 🥇, ride mountains in Colorado, dance all over the nation, and play tennis with the best of them. Our New Location off 7th St is just a mile from downtown! After a fabulous week of modeling, stretching, working out and eating a ton of fruit…like all the other models:)…. bahahhah😂😂😂… (BTW double up your fruit in the summer time. Any fruit with the letter P-:)) I met some wonderful people! 😍😍 I’m lookin forward to collaborating with this phenomenon. LATIN-HIP-HOP CLASSES to be announced soon…😘😘 I would like to highlight Nora Skye! She is a wonderful 11 year-old. She models and I admire her spirit, awesome Confidence and energy!

Sports, Clubs, and Kiddo 👶 Time coupled with alot of activities switches us into high gear! Summer kicks off with a-lot of fun. I am seeing a lot of ACL KNEE issues and Arthritic Necks and Shoulders making people inflexible. We have to undo what happens at the desk, the court or on the field. It stretching hurts then let’s fix that! Fix it now and you won’t suffer later:)
