📚The stage is set, the farm is ready for shopping at the Scholastic Book Fair! 📚

The Fair is open before school each morning for shoping. Each Class will have their own shopping time, slide to find your student’s time slots. We will also be hosting our Meet and Eat on Thursday, November 13th, from 5:30-7:00pm. This is a FREE barbecue dinner in the cafeteria and the Book Fair will be open to shop. Please rsvp for Meet and Eat on Membership Toolkit, so we know how much to order!

We are still looking for volunteers to help during class times and at the Meet and Eat! Please visit our Sign Up Genius at the link in our profile.

Your Scholastic Book Fair is coming November 7th-14th! Join us at the BCE Family Farm to shop for new books! Class shopping schedules are on the next slides.

Please help us empty our lost and found. We have so many sweatshirts, jackets, water bottles, lunch boxes and more! If an item had a name in it we have emailed the student’s teacher. All of these items are nameless!

Please label your student’s jackets and sweatshirts so we can return them.

Have you noticed the gold stars in the front windows? They represent our Pledge for Paws All-Stars! Thanks to your generosity, we’ve raised more than $30,000! Here are just a few examples of what your dollars make possible:

•Students took part in a fun and rewarding Reading Rocks celebration.
•Connect teachers can purchase additional supplies.
•All fifth graders can attend the Camp Hanes overnight trip.
•Men of Billingsville Cotswold partners with the National Honor Society for service projects.
•Students enjoy engaging activities during clubs.
•And so much more!

Update: grades will not rotate, and will stay in their homeroom for their party! 🎃 🍂🍁 Fall parties will take place during a designated time for each grade level on Friday, October 31st. Parents are invited to volunteer in person, send food and beverage in advance, and/or contribute financially. Please remember all food must be store bought, individually packaged, and nut free. Items can be delivered directly to your homeroom teacher clearly labeled “Fall Party” between now and October 29.
