Sugary drinks feed cavity-causing bacteria in your child’s mouth, which can lead to tooth decay, pain, and even infections.

🥛 Milk or water instead of juice
🍓 Infused water with fresh fruit
🍵 Herbal tea with no added sugar

🛑 Tooth decay can start as early as age 1! That’s why it’s important to start brushing your child’s teeth as soon as the first tooth appears. Even babies need clean gums before their teeth come in!

✅ Tooth Tips for Toddlers:
✔️ Use a rice-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste for kids under 3.
✔️ Help them brush twice a day for two minutes—morning and night.
✔️ Make it fun! Sing a song, use a timer, or try a fun toothbrush with lights or music.

🌳 Today We Started Our Thankful Trees! 🌳

In honor of our Thankful Hearts theme this month, we’re excited to share that our Thankful Trees are officially underway! 🍁

Each child had the chance to add their first leaf to the tree, sharing what they’re grateful for. We saw lots of heartwarming answers!!

As we add more leaves each day, we’ll watch our trees grow full of gratitude, kindness, and all the little things that bring us joy. It’s a beautiful way for our Bright Stars family to reflect on the special moments and people in our lives. 💖

Our classrooms were buzzing with creativity today as our little ones got hands-on with some fall-themed fun!

✨ Our 3-year-olds made spooky spiders! 🕸️ With googly eyes their little critters are ready to crawl into our magical October display!

🍂 Meanwhile, our 2-year-olds got cozy with some handprint leaves! Using paint and their own little hands, they created beautiful fall leaves that brought the colors of the season to life. 🎨🍁

These activities not only spark creativity but also help build fine motor skills and encourage imaginative play. Every day is a new adventure at Bright Stars!

👻 Spooky Fun at Bright Stars! 👻

Today, our little storytellers got creative and spooked us (in the best way!) with their very own ghost stories for our haunted house activity! 🎃🏚️

The classroom was filled with excitement as the children used their imaginations to dream up the most magical, silly, and spooky tales about friendly ghosts and enchanted houses.

From haunted forests to dancing skeletons, the creativity was endless—and so were the giggles! 😄

We had an exciting time today with a special visit from Buddy the Bear Books! The children were treated to a wonderful storytime session that brought Buddy’s adventures to life, followed by a creative painting activity where their imaginations truly soared. The smiles and laughter were unforgettable as each child painted their own version of Buddy’s world.

We’re so grateful to Ms. Victoria from Buddy the Bear for making storytime extra special and we can’t wait for more fun events like this! 🌟
