Meet the new official member of our team! 👋🏻✨
We are so excited to welcome Ramone Thomas to Villa Heights as our new K-2 Teacher Assistant!
Mr. Thomas brings a can-do energy and positive attitude to everything he does, inspiring those around him to embrace challenges, stay optimistic, and believe in what’s possible. “I’m looking forward to meeting everyone, and having an amazing school year, full of growth!”
Here are a few fun facts to help you get to know him:
🧑‍🧑‍🧒About me: I was born and raised in Charlotte, NC.
🍿Favorite snack: Spicy Nacho Doritos
🐾Pet: I have a sweet little dog at home. He’s a Yorkiepoo and his name is Rocky.
🦁Favorite Animal: Lion
🎳Things I enjoy: Dancing. Going to the movies. Bowling. Shopping at the mall. Spending time with family and friends. Reading. Playing Video games.
🎶Fun fact: Outside of school, he’s a professional dancer and choreographer. He owns a dance studio called Raydance Entertainment Academy, and loves to share his passion for dance with others!

Huge thank you to our incredible PTA for throwing us such a wonderful pre-school year gathering! 🍎✨ It was so special to get together, relax, laugh, and catch up with everyone before the school year kicks into full swing.

We are so excited to officially welcome Kristin Norris to Villa Heights as our new 3-5 Teacher Assistant!
Mrs. Norris was a staple in our building last year as a long term substitute and we are SO excited to bring her in full time as our reading teacher assistant. She brings a creative fun energy along with a love for books that she excited to share with our students!

I believe that every student has unique strengths, and I am committed to tailoring my instruction to meet their individual needs."
