(Unfortunately Matt and I will be in Tokyo and can’t be on deck in Charlotte).

Attn IM Chatty athletes: the rumors are true, there will be a new bike course.

The course map has been posted. The total elevation gain is far from the worst case scenario being rumored.

I don’t know if this is a forever change. I don’t know if the 70.3 course will change.
