The Honors College at UNC Charlotte Annually, we have numerous students participate in fascinating study abroad programs including trips to France, Iceland, Cuba, and much more!

The Honors College at UNC Charlotte helps students cultivate a more holistic college experience through enriched academic courses, unique undergraduate research opportunities, engaging community service, and fascinating study-abroad experiences. The Honors College provides exploratory academic opportunities, unique culture experiences,and engaging social activities to high-achieving UNC Charlotte

undergraduate students. We cater to all members of honors programs, recipients of merit scholarships, students preparing to enter health professions, students seeking endorsement for prestigious national fellowships/awards, and students engaging in undergraduate research. We also look to expand the cultural horizons of our students through engaging opportunities including lectures by community leaders, small group talks with prestigious faculty, and evenings out to the Charlotte Symphony. The Honors College also directs the University Honors Program and Crown Scholars Program, coordinates the Honors Council, and supports the Honors Faculty as well as directors of honors and merit scholar programs.
