I don’t know who thought it was a good idea for me to have a microphone in a group fitness class 😅

All of my intrusive thoughts feel like it’s their time to shine. And my brain thinks I need to be giving my best stand-up comedy special 😭

That’s why I love teaching Zumba cuz it’s a lot of visual cueing with some heys and ooh oohs thrown in.

📣 CLASS SCHEDULE IS HERE 📣

Join me Monday nights at Crunch Charlotte University for Legendary Strength (upper & lower body) followed by Zumba!

On Thursdays, I am teaching Zumba + Lift at Anytime Fitness Huntersville (Lake Norman). This is a new format that combines dancing with strength training. Get the best of both worlds in one workout. ✨

On Saturday mornings, we have Zumba so get your dance on! Also at Anytime Fitness.

All classes you see here are open to the public. Classes are free for members at these gyms. Guest passes are available at both locations. DM me or comment below for more info!

To my Tuesday Zumba crew - Don’t worry. Our class will continue as scheduled. 😎
