Our RUN AS ONE campaign is OFFICIALLY LIVE!

RUN AS ONE is our main fundraiser of the school year—a direct-give, school-wide campaign.

There is nothing to buy or sell—100% of your tax-deductible donation goes directly to supporting our students, teachers, academic programs, arts, athletics, and other student activities.

Hello Families-
Thank you for a great first week at Ballantyne Ridge High School. Students came in ready to learn, with positive attitudes, and happy to be at school. It truly was an amazing first week back at school. On Monday, we will issue the remaining Chromebooks to students during Homeroom at the beginning of the day. For students to be issued their Chromebook, they must have the following completed:

1. They must not have a technology fee on their account. If your student has a technology fee, they should have received a form stating how to pay and the amount due. Any questions regarding fees can be directed to [email protected]. Students will not receive a Chromebook until there is a zero balance on their account.

2. Students must have a Technology Agreement form on file with a parent signature. This can be completed one of two ways.
a. Please complete all back-to-school forms in Infinite Campus; this is the preferred method.
b. If you are having a difficult time with Infinite Campus, you may access a paper copy of the form (linked below and available in Parent Square message). Complete the form, print a copy, and send it to school with your child. They will provide it to their homeroom teacher.

3. If you are unable to print the attached document or complete the online form, your child will receive a paper copy of the Technology Agreement form on Monday during Homeroom. Please sign and have your child return the form on Tuesday to their Homeroom Teacher. Once the form is received and all fees are paid, your child will be provided their Chromebook.

As we begin another great year, we want to share an important reminder about our Evolv security screening process to ensure that BRHS remains a safe, welcoming environment for our Wolf Pack.

All students, families, and community members entering the school building or attending events on campus will be required to pass through the Evolv scanners. These scanners keep our campus safe while allowing students and guests to enter efficiently.

🚨 Important Change: Chromebook Procedure:
Beginning immediately, students should not hold their Chromebooks above their heads while walking through the Evolv scanners.

Instead:
Students will hand their Chromebook to a staff member stationed beside the scanner.
Staff will safely pass the Chromebook around the scanner.
Students will pick up their Chromebook immediately after they have passed through the screening area.

This process helps maintain a smooth entry experience while reducing unnecessary scanner alerts and delays.

What Students Should Expect:
Students should bring their backpacks, bags, instruments, athletic equipment, and other school items with them through the scanner screening area.

If the scanner signals an alert, students may be asked to remove a specific item and pass through the scanner again. In some cases, staff may need to inspect a bag to determine what triggered the alert.

Extracurricular Events:
The safety of our Wolf Pack extends beyond the school day. Families and community members attending extracurricular activities will also pass through the Evolv scanners when entering event locations on campus.
Please note that large bags and backpacks are not permitted at extracurricular events.

Guests arriving with a large bag or backpack will be asked to return it to their vehicle before entering.
