Tumbling Foundations is here! 🤸‍♀️🤸🏽‍♀️

✨ Starting April 1st, join us every other Wednesday at Heist Brewery and Barrel Arts!

Ready to flip, tumble, and build strong skills? This class is perfect for kids ages 5+—especially future cheerleaders, dancers, and gymnasts looking to level up their tumbling.

Athletes will work on:
✔️ Strength & flexibility
✔️ Proper technique
✔️ Skills like cartwheels, handstands, bridges, round-offs, walkovers & handspring progressions
