We’re excited to welcome Kim Campbell to Eagle Nation!

Kim will be joining our middle school team as an Exceptional Children’s Teacher. She holds certifications in Curriculum Specialist from Appalachian State University, Cross-Categorical K-12 and Mentally Disabled K-12 from UNC Charlotte, and Elementary Education K-6 from Marshall University.

Outside of school, Kim enjoys making memories with her family, soaking up the sunshine at the beach, and discovering new things while shopping. When asked what she loves about education, Ms. Campbell shared that she enjoys seeing students overcome challenges, build confidence, achieve their goals, and realize they are capable of more than they thought possible.

We’re excited to welcome Breona Tuft to Eagle Nation! Ms. Tuft is our new High School Math Teacher, teaching Math 3 and Math 4.

She holds B.S. degrees in Mathematics and Secondary Education from Western Carolina University. Outside of school, Breona enjoys spending time with friends and family, painting, watching her favorite shows and movies, and cheering on her favorite sports teams with her fiancé.

When asked what she loves about education, Breona shared that she is inspired by the individuality and personality each student brings to the classroom. She loves watching students learn, grow, and develop both in the classroom and through extracurricular activities.

Last Friday, Ms. Hartdige and Ms. Dakotah’s 2nd grade class completed their first service project of the year. 👏

Students packed goody bags for our varsity football team, filling each one with pregame snacks and drinks to keep our players fueled and hydrated. They were so excited to support our football team as they headed into their first game! 🏈
