Carolinas Electrical Training Institute is responsible for the education and training of the electrical workers employed by all signatory contractors of Local Union 379 International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) which covers the Charlotte, North Carolina region; the upstate of South Carolina; and several counties in northeastern Georgia.
