Clearly the NCCS needs reform. There inaccuracies in records management impacts men and women and until now no one has done anything about it. Most political officials just realize that it's a scam and that as long as it does not impact them directly there - they don't have a comment. Others don't care. This agency needs total reformation from top to bottom.
