Do you live on the Westside and want free trees? On Saturday, March 20th Tree Store Charlotte will be hosting a free tree giveaway at our school from 9-11am. Students and families are eligible to register for up to two free trees. Mulch, trees, and instructions will all be provided. All you need to do is pre-register between March 9th and March 12th . Attention 8th grade students and families. Tuesday December 8th, WMS will be hosting a Virtual Magnet Night for our 8th grade students. The Director of Magnet Programs from CMS School Choice along with Program Coordinators from Harding University, North Meck, West Meck, POB, West Charlotte and South Meck will highlight vital information about their Lottery and Magnet programs. Good morning Whitewater families! Our student support team & communities in schools are sponsoring a Holiday FOOD & SUPPLY drive offering an opportunity to give back directly to our WMS Gators. Our drop-off date is THURSDAY, DECEMBER 10th from 8-10am & 4-6:30pm. ALL food and supplies collected will go directly back out to our Whitewater families during the holidays or in other times of need throughout the school year. There are donation ideas on our flyer below.

We would love to see you drive by and drop off what you can. You can remain in your vehicle and we'll come to you. Load everyone in the car and make it a special event to teach giving back to others. Whitewater student support wishes you a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday and looks forward to seeing you on December 10th!
