Kalamandir is a Charlotte based dance school where students learn Classical Bharatnatyam and creative dances. Performance at Festival Of India or any Other occasion is also choreographed here. Teacher Chandrani Dey is an elegant dancer who has learned Bharatnatyam classical dance at a very early age and also mastered in different forms of Indian dances. She has learned Bharatnatyam under the tutel

age of GURU Late Himangshu Pal and GURU Pradipto Niyogi. She learned and practiced Bharatnatyam for 12 years. Being a mother of three she never gave up her passion and today she teaches Bharatnatyam to students of different ages.
